Article 1 (Application and Consent)

These Terms apply to all matters relating to the use of the service “16-Type Personality Quiz in 4 Questions” (the “Service”) by its users (“Users”). By clicking or tapping the checkbox provided on the Service, Users are deemed to have reviewed and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the consent items concerning the use of cookies. Users under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before using the Service.

1. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of the content or quiz results it provides. 2. The Service shall bear no liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Service. However, this does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Service. 3. The Service shall bear no liability for any problems, transactions, communications, disputes, or similar matters arising between Users and third parties.

Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Service will manage Users' personal information appropriately and handle it in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Service may analyze website traffic and conduct similar activities to the extent that individuals are not identified.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the Service or the rightful rights holders. Users must not reproduce, republish, repurpose, sell, or otherwise use information obtained through the Service without authorization.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms of Use)
